It was their Pumpkin, Semi-dried Tomato and Cheese Risotto.. consisted of roasted butternut pumpkin, semi-dried tomatoes and baby spinach bound with arborio rice and finished with a duo of cheeses..
Truthfully, I wasn't really satisfied with this risotto .. Either the arborio rice had left excess oil at the bottom which made me feel as if it was oily .. The amount of sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and pumpkin was fine..Second, bought the Turkey and Cranberry gourmet sandwich which was served on a toasted turkish bread and garnish salad.. This was okay.. though the turkey might have been those frozen cut up ones but it was alright..
